Quizeria ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") is committed to safeguarding the privacy and personal data of our candidates and users ("Data Principal", "You"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, store, protect, and erase your personal data when you access our technical practice and assessment platform.
Under applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act of India), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, Quizeria acts as a Data Fiduciary responsible for determining the purpose and means of processing personal data.
gavel2. Compliance with DPDP Act, 2023 (India)
In accordance with Section 6 and Section 11 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process personal data strictly on the basis of your free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent, or for specified legitimate uses permitted under the Act.
Rights of Data Principals (Candidates):
- Right to Access Information: You have the right to request a summary of personal data processed by the Platform, along with identities of any third parties with whom data has been shared.
- Right to Correction & Erasure: You have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data, and request the complete erasure of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
- Right of Grievance Redressal: You have the right to readily available grievance redressal mechanisms provided by the Data Fiduciary.
- Right to Nominate: In the event of death or incapacity, Data Principals retain the right to nominate an individual to exercise data rights.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Consent granted for processing may be withdrawn at any time through account settings or written request.

Full name, email address, password hash, and profile avatar used for identification and session authorization.
Quiz attempts, accuracy percentage, time spent per question, topic mastery breakdown, and diagnostic score logs.
Origin IP address, browser user agent, authentication token expiration, and security event logs.
Auto-advance settings, audio cue preferences, theme selection, and test execution configurations.

All personal data is processed using enterprise-grade encrypted cloud database infrastructure, serverless database clusters, and secure HTTPS transport protocols. Data is encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We enforce strict role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure that only authorized administrative personnel can access candidate data.

We retain personal data only for as long as your account remains active or as required by law. Candidates can clear their local attempt history independently via the Profile Page, or trigger complete permanent account deletion, which immediately purges all user credentials, sessions, and score logs from our database.
