handshake1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or taking assessments on the Quizeria platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform.
verified_user2. Acceptable Use Policy
Candidates agree to use the Platform strictly for legitimate learning, assessment practice, and technical skill evaluation. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from assessment engines or server API endpoints.
- Using automated bots, web scrapers, or scripts to harvest quiz questions or answers.
- Sharing or transferring registered candidate credentials or session tokens to unauthorized third parties.
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass security restrictions, access tiers, or account suspension flags.
- Engaging in fraudulent test attempts or automated score manipulation.
copyright3. Intellectual Property Rights
All assessment items, quiz package schemas, software code, graphic elements, user interfaces, branding, and diagnostic algorithms contained on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Quizeria. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access assessment packages for personal practice purposes.
block4. Account Suspension & Banning
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or permanently terminate any candidate account that violates these Terms, engages in security policy breaches, or attempts system abuse. Banned accounts immediately lose sign-in authorization and active session tokens.
warning5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quizeria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the Platform, assessment time limits, or score calculations.
balance6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
